Menus are written & designed with you, for you to achieve the best culinary experience possible. Through the summer and fall months Elementi sources much of their produce from their own garden in Port Morien,NovaScotia.
With an Italian background and a passion for gastronomic cuisine, we offer authentic Italian & passion driven, new age foods.

Ranging from three course menus, tasting menus, buffets, canapés and hors d'oeuvres.

In your home or at your event Chef Nathan Susin would like you to share his recipes while you dine upon a 5 course meal. Passing on tips and tricks to advance your culinary skills at home.
